Rework, Repacking And Reassembly Services FAQs

What types of products can you support?

We work with automotive parts, industrial and engineered products, aerospace components, retail goods and ecommerce stock. Our product rework services cover both finished goods and components, from small parts and accessories through to boxed products and repackaging bulk products into retail-ready formats.

What types of rework do you carry out?

We handle inspection, sorting, relabelling, debranding, documentation changes, component swaps, quality checks and returns processing, following your agreed instructions.

What are your typical turnaround times?

We’ll work with you to agree on suitable turnaround targets up front to meet your project demands, then plan around your deadlines so jobs keep moving. If you have urgent stock that needs fast release, we can prioritise and run an accelerated flow.

Can you store stock and manage despatch after rework or repacking?

Yes. We can hold stock in our warehouses, then pick and despatch in bulk or to individual locations. Many customers use us as both a product rework company and a repackaging company, with warehousing, repacking services, kitting and fulfilment all handled from the same site.

How do you ensure quality and traceability in rework and product repackaging?

Every job is set up as a controlled process with work instructions, checks and sign off points. We use a warehouse management system with barcode and batch control, so all rework services, repack packaging tasks and reassembly work can be traced by SKU, batch and work order.

Do you offer custom packaging and labelling options?

Yes. We can pack and label to your exact channel, market and customer requirements. That includes bespoke pack formats, inserts and protective materials, plus carton, pallet and product labelling such as barcodes, serial labels and compliance information.
