Compliant Export Packing Solutions For Safe, Secure International Shipping
Walkerpack provides industrial export packing and export crating services that protect goods through sea, air and road freight networks, using ISPM15-certified heat-treated timber and controlled processes.
Protecting Goods Through The Global Supply Chain
Export Packing That Protects Against:

Movement and load shift in transit
Loads can slide, rotate or settle as vehicles brake, turn and change speed, so internal fixing is used to keep goods locked in position. Tip N Tell indicators can be applied to check products have remained upright through transit.

Impact damage at handling points
Forklifts, cranes and warehouse transfers introduce impact damage risk, so packs are built to protect edges, corners and vulnerable features during lifts and set-downs.

Vibration over long-distance routes
Continuous vibration can lead to damage of sensitive parts if fastenings are not secure, so cushioning and bracing are used to absorb energy and reduce micro-movement.

Moisture and condensation in sea freight
Temperature swings and humidity in containers can cause corrosion and packaging breakdown, so barrier protection such as VCI materials, foil bags and dessicant moisture control are applied where needed.

Abrasion and surface marking
Rubbing between components or against packaging can mark finishes, so wraps, separators and surface protection prevent contact and scuffing.

Compression and stacking pressure
Loads may be stacked or have weight placed on them during storage and transport, so bases, reinforcements and load spread are designed to prevent crushing.
