Receive And Book In Goods
- Goods are received and checked.
- Items are scanned into the WMS with locations and batches recorded so stock is controlled.
Pre-production Checks Against Spec
- Goods are inspected against the agreed brief and quantity of components have been received.
Prepare Workstations & Brief Team
- Workstations are set up with the required PPE, tools, and equipment.
- The team is then briefed on the SOP, quality standards and safety requirements.
Pick And Stage Components
- Goods are picked and scanned to a staging area ready for processing.
- This links each pick to the order and BOM in the WMS, maintaining full traceability.
Sample Build And Customer Approval
- A sample unit is reworked, repacked or reassembled and shared with the customer for approval.

Our product rework services cover both finished goods and components, from small parts and accessories through to boxed products and repackaging bulk products into retail-ready formats.
What types of rework do you carry out?
We handle inspection, sorting, relabelling, debranding, documentation changes, component swaps, quality checks and returns processing, following your agreed instructions.
What are your typical turnaround times?
We’ll work with you to agree on suitable turnaround targets up front to meet your project demands, then plan around your deadlines so jobs keep moving. If you have urgent stock that needs fast release, we can prioritise and run an accelerated flow.
Can you store stock and manage despatch after rework or repacking?
Yes. We can hold stock in our warehouses, then pick and despatch in bulk or to individual locations. Many customers use us as both a product rework company and a repackaging company, with warehousing, repacking services, kitting and fulfilment all handled from the same site.
