- Goods are received and checked.
- Items are scanned into the WMS with locations and batches recorded so stock is controlled.
Pre-production Checks Against BOM

Prepare Workstations & Brief Team
- Workstations are set up with the required PPE, tools, and equipment.

- Goods are picked and scanned to a staging area ready for processing.

Sample Build And Customer Approval

Full Kitting And Assembly Run

- Components are scanned as they are used, and in-process quality checks are completed.

What types of kitting and assembly can you provide?
We provide a full range of kitting services, including production and line side kitting, service and aftermarket kits, and ecommerce or retail kitting. On the assembly side, we handle everything from light mechanical assembly through to building ready to fit sub assemblies.
How do you make sure kits and assemblies are accurate?
We use barcode and batch control, RF scanning and a warehouse management system to track every component. Kitting and assembly follow agreed work instructions and bills of materials, with checks and sign-off at kit or assembly level to maintain accuracy and traceability.
Can you work from our BOM, designs and SOPs?
We can integrate your unique requirements into our tried and tested processes using your bill of materials, designs and standard operating procedures, all controlled end to end through our WMS.
Can you provide traceability for kits and assemblies?
Yes. Our WMS tracks everything end to end from initial component delivery, work in progress, and dispatch. Our batch control gives you visibility to see exactly which components went into which kit or assembly.
Will our teams have visibility of stock and WIP in your warehouse?
