Reverse Logistics Built Around Control, Visibility And Recovery

Returned goods often creates more work than expected. Stock starts building up, saleable items sit waiting for inspection, and internal teams lose time handling checks, paperwork and decisions that slow everything down. Walkerpack helps remove that pressure with a reverse logistics service built around organised processes with clear next steps. We can receive returned goods into the warehouse or arrange collection for oversized stock, check quantities and condition, scan items into the WMS, and implement accurate stock control based on your agreed process.

Reverse Logistics FAQs

What types of returns can Walkerpack handle?

We can support customer returns, retailer and distributor returns, rejected stock, excess inventory and other returned goods that need inspection, segregation and routing into the correct next step.

Can Walkerpack arrange collection of returned stock?

Yes. We can arrange collection of returned goods, including oversized stock, where that forms part of the agreed reverse logistics process.

How do you keep returned stock separate from available inventory?

Returned goods can be scanned into the WMS and placed into quarantine or another defined stock status, so they remain separated until inspection and a next-step decision have been completed.

Can you inspect and rework returned goods?

Yes. Depending on the product and agreed process, we can inspect, grade, repack, relabel, refurbish or complete light rework so suitable stock can be recovered more quickly.

What happens to stock that cannot be restocked?

Where goods are not suitable for resale or reuse, we can prepare them for return to vendor, recycling or disposal handling in line with your instructions.

Do you provide reporting on returned stock?

Yes. We can provide reporting on stock status, return reasons, exceptions and recovery outcomes so you have clearer visibility over returned inventory and its next step.
